Finally, got at chance yesterday (20-May-16) to visit this water park in Qatar after heard about it since few years ago.
Located in the middle of desert on the way to Saudi Arabia, it was quite strange feeling, how they produced and used so much water in the middle of dry land, at the same time, it felt like being in a Oasis.
Google Map direction was a bit confusing, when we tried to follow, we had to pass some streets that were not existing in actual.
The ticket is QAR 155 when you buy online, and QAR 180 when you buy in the ticket office.
Yesterday, was quite a lot of people, many families.
Different nationalities.
The locker was not free.
You have to buy the locker ticket in the ticket office in the entrance, QAR 20 for small locker and QAR 30 for the big one.
Then you have to pay deposit QAR 20 to get the key, will be refunded when you return the key.
Surprisingly, the park was nice and we enjoyed the attraction.
Especially the Speed Line, good to raise your adrenaline.
The Wave Pool made you feel like in the sea, but you have to wait till they generate the wave.
The snack was quite reasonably priced.
We bought crepe for QAR 20 and the softdrink can for QAR 3.
