Finally they didn't let me to stay, since they have policy that Qatari resident cannot stay single, have to be with family. For temporary visitors they said it is OK to stay single, by showing arrival stamp in the passport.
Booked it since the price is affordable and the photos in booking.com look nice, with outdoor swimming pool in the higher level.
