Visit: 21 October 2016, Friday Brunch
Taste: 4/5
Cost performance: 4/5
Location: Four Seasons Hotel
Buffet: QAR 340 (soft drink), 440 (alcoholic drink)
Friday Brunch in Four Seasons Hotel in Doha was a wow experience.
Abundant amount and varieties of food, spread over all the restaurants in ground floor, extended to outdoor area.
Lots of food stations, including lively cook stations for pasta, shell, foei grass, oyster, crepes, frozen yoghurt, grill and many others.
I tried the oyster shot for the first time, you put the raw oyster in the shot glass filled with orange color liquid, put lemon and tabasco, and slurp it into your mouth, yummm...
Luxurious food like caviar, foei grass, lobster and crab were there too.
The dessert variation was great too, including chocolate and foei grass macharon, fondue, and a kitchen filled with thousands of sweets you can take freely.
The beverage including champagne, wine, beer, fresh juices, mocktails and coffee.
It reminds me the Ramadan tent, glorious!
One thing that concerned me was, it was hard to get the staff attention to our table to order drinks, the place was so huge, I think they need more staff to attend all tables.
Moreover, we were allocated in Element, which seating was less comfortable that Il Teatro.
