This is a Chinese shopping mall, located in Industrial Area in Doha, opened in 2015.
I read the same malls are already in UAE.
Visited just after Chinese New Year 2016, when they conducted Food Festival, which was not that cool, the price was not cheap and not well prepared, though there were free tea tasting and music performance.
The mall has lots of tenants, many Chinese, majority selling electronics like mobile phone accessories, some sells clothes.
Few cafes and a Taiwanese tea shop Cha Time.
I noticed the price between tenants were quite different, you need to bargain hard. Also I notice the tenants owned by Chinese set the price higher than tenants from other countries.
There were still many empty spaces on the upper floor, overall the mall looks shabby and cheaply built. The items are not cheap unless you bargain hard. Another Chinese typical?!
